Potentially explosive atmosphere environment
There is always an individual calculation necessary. Costs of the active lightning conductor system are smaller than about 40 % cost of classic lightning conductors. Advantages in reference to the classic lightning conductor consist in safety separation of funk induction from centers of the potentially explosive atmosphere environment.
Currently, the only documented installation in the world more than 5 million units (2009).
